Participants can benefit from accommodation at special prices. Organizers have a number of rooms available at special price for participants of the conference (ca. 30-35 EURO per night in a single room with a private bathroom - prices in January 2023) in the University of Warsaw (Hera) hotel. Reservations and payments for the rooms have to be made before  August 2, 2023 – please contact herarezerw@adm.uw.pl and use conference’s special discount code “COPERNICUS”.

If not using our discount code we recommend finding adequate accomodation in the city center (the conference location is very central) using sites like booking.com or airbnb.

Public transportation is very convenient with single fare ticket costing aprox. 1 euro. Uber, Bolt and taxi services are also quite affordable.
